DR. RAJIV BRAHMANE

Dr. Rajiv Brahmane independently runs the Iris Eye Care Hospital in Ulhasnagar (since the year 2000), with satellite centres at Badlapur and Kalyan. He completed his MBBS and MS (Ophthalmology) from KEM Hospital, Mumbai, under the University of Mumbai in May 2008. He also has a Fellowship in Ophthalmology from the College of Physicians & Surgeons, Mumbai.

Dr. Rajiv Brahmane has three years of experience teaching undergraduate and postgraduate students during his residency and one year post-PG. He gained wide clinical exposure while working in two of the leading municipal hospitals in Mumbai, namely KEM Hospital and BYL Nair Hospital, giving him the opportunity to develop excellent clinical skills and surgical dexterity.

Apart from Iris Eye Care, Dr. Rajiv Brahmane also consults at five hospitals in and around Ulhasnagar-Kalyan-Dombivali, seeing 400-500 outpatients a week and performing 40-50 operations per week. He is also attached to Raigad Hospital and Tasgaonkar Medical College as an Assistant Professor. Over the last seven years Dr. Brahmane has accumulated a wealth of clinical experience and surgical skills.

DR. AARTI BRAHMANE

Dr. Aarti Brahmane graduated with the MBBS degree from KEM Hospital, Mumbai, under the University of Mumbai in May 2005. She then obtained the postgraduate DOMS title from HV Desai Hospital, Pune, in 2009. She has had wide clinical exposure working at KEM Hospital and Guru Nanak Hospital in Mumbai, giving her the opportunity to develop excellent clinical skills and surgical dexterity.

Dr. Aarti Brahmane helps in the running of the Iris Eye Care Hospital in Ulhasnagar along with its satellite centres in Badlapur and Kalyan. She also consulting at Swami Sarvanand Hospital, Ulhasnagar, and has been working as a Medical Officer in the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation for the last six years. She has accumulated a wealth of clinical experience and surgical skills during the past seven years.
